*1. Agreement Acceptance*

By accessing or using the services provided by Husky Shield, you (“Customer” or “You”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our services.

*2. Service Overview*

Husky Shield, a DBA of Husky Talent LLC, operates as a third-party marketing company. We facilitate customer access to identity protection and legal victim situation services provided by Privacy Maxx. Customers exclusively contract with Husky Shield for all services.

*3. Payment and Subscription*

Customers agree to remit all payments for services directly to Husky Shield. Our services operate on a monthly subscription model, and customers will only be eligible for refunds within the first 30 days of initiating the service.

*4. Refund Procedure*

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@huskyshield.us. Customers must provide their first and last name, email address, phone number, and the last four digits of the card used during the transaction. Refunds will only be processed for the most recent month.

*5. Modification of Terms*

Husky Shield reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the website or other appropriate means.

*6. Governing Law*

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Husky Shield operates. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
